Who and What is YAD, you ask?

The Young Adult Division (YAD) of the United Jewish Federation (UJF) is dedicated to building an inclusive and connected community of young Jewish San Diegans (in their 20s, 30s, and early 40s), to promoting Jewish identity and to improving our local and global Jewish communities through fun and meaningful volunteer, social, educational and philanthropic activities.

Getting involved with YAD San Diego is an exciting way to meet other young professionals who share your values and interests. Join us and become part of the next generation of caring Jewish San Diegans who are making a difference in our community - and having a blast doing it! YAD has many avenues for you to get involved.

We need your help to spread the word to more San Diegans about how YAD helps grow our Jewish community not only through great social and educational events, but also through critical projects that help those in need, locally, nationally, in Israel and around the world.  If you've got experience in: marketing, PR, advertising, web, event planning - then this is the right committee for you!

Young Leadership Missions/Conferences:  Will you be among the nearly 3000 young Jewish professionals that participate in national conferences throughout the year?   Help make San Diego's participation in these conferences a great success!

Family Outreach: Make YAD even more family friendly by planning events for the young Jewish families in our community.
Co-Chairs – Stacie Bresler-Reinstein and Tinamarie Bernard-Eshel
